Song of the Day: The Temper Trap - Sweet Disposition

It seems to happen in intervals but it's time for another round of fitness and nutrition posts courtesy of me. There's been drastic dip in my fitness level as well as my eating habits. I need help getting on the wagon. I keep sitting near the ledge where I can easily fall off. I started off 2009 with a bang! I think I was at the lowest weight I've ever been in quite some time. Everything was going well until St. Patty's Day ruined with strict regiment of nutritious food and exercise. It's been a downward spiral ever since. And I thought playing softball would increase my level of fitness... Boy, was I wrong.

Either way, th
e Fall is here, which only means one thing: more indoor recreational sports. Floor hockey & basketball is going to have to kick my ass harder than ever before, fitness-wise. I may or may not insert a few whiny posts about being sore and tired here and there, so be warned if anyone reads this. Also, there will be a concerted effort seriously reduce my intake of shitty shitty foods. No more rice, pasta, potatoes, chips, for now...

Too much want in the summer of 2009... sigh

So here is the game plan: sustain some sort of weight-loss and maintain that weight loss for a duration of about 6 months. I need to convince my thalmus that I am about 200 pounds. It's a 6-month lie I have to force upon myself. Wish me luck!
